A very good range of cold and hot, really interesting variety

Good timing to receive this. The Company Secretary flew down and attended last night’s function. He, Chairman, and the deputy Chairman were all very very impressed. And so, the Operations Manager was happy and very satisfied. Some of the comments noted included; a very good range of cold and hot, really interesting variety, the quantity was just right, really properly cooked through without it being over/under cooked. So that is a portion of the feed back from the bosses. One of their profile guests went on and on about the Lamb. Another about the lamb koftas (sp?) For me, the litmus test is calamari, if a chef gets that right, everything else will be too. I tried it last night, and knew instantly that Simon was on the ball. Rarely does one get that really perfectly right, and Simon did. I look forward to expanding functions/food services at HMT, and I see no reason why Going Gourmet isn’t going to be a significant part of that picture.
