Our packages are inclusive of a personal chef to cook and wait staff to serve for a minimum of 30 guests. They will circulate the canapés in sequence, explaining the items, sauces and garnishes. It’s a great entertainment, great food and a night to remember. We will make sure everyone is fed and there is no “piece count” per person. We pride ourselves in that all of our packages are a meal in their volume.

The Cocktail Experience package really is an “Experience”. Our Chef will cook in front of you and your guests and you can experience the live display of fresh and plentiful canapés over three sequential services. This package is most suitable for weddings or events where you really want to impress.
